Holistic Cooking Classes

​

One of the biggest challenges patients encounter at this day and age is finding the time, money and knowledge on how to prepare food at home that is fast, nutritious and delicious.  These courses are designed to be hands on and to teach patients how to create healing foods that are prepared in a very short period of time and on a budget.  Each class is designed to show the science behind the proper methodology of cooking, how to combine foods to increase their nutritious and healing effect.

Classes are conducted on Sundays from 9 am - 12 pm.
